Recently rescued from long term storage is this rarely seen in the states CB250 Honda. Those of you that know this marque know that there aren't many around. As the pictures reflect - it is an excellent candidate for a full restoration as all the parts are there. Engine turns over - I have not tried to start it. Gas tank is solid and has been coated. Correct uncracked taillight lens and correct under carb panel (with cutout) is in place. Tool kit also there. Seat has been recovered. Bike has all the parts that verify it's a 1961 including the 5-digit frame/6-digit engine no's, alloy rear shock covers, speedometer housing, rear engine breather with cover cutout. Engine no is CB72E 113063. Bike is offered "as-is/where-is" FOB Middletown, OH 45042. Auction winner responsible for all pickup/shipment arrangements including payment. A paypal non-refundable deposit of $500 is due at auction close - balance to be paid in a manner acceptable to both buyer and seller. Odometer shows 30407 - may/maynot be correct. Have copy of the title issued in 1966 showing the frame number as it appears on the frame. Right badge has chip missing below back screw/left side looks good. Also have what appears to be the original owners manual. Bike has a valid Ohio title showing year as 1963 - but that's not unusual for that era when bikes were titled in the year sold/not manufactured.
