Specifications: 2002 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, High Performance 4-Door Sedan, Certified Calibration, 2WD – 2-Wheel Rear Drive, Ford 4.6 Liter V8 High Output Gas Engine, Automatic Transmission w/Overdrive, Hydraulic Brakes, Spring Suspension, Air Conditioning – Heat - Defrost, Cruise Control, Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Cloth/Vinyl Seats, Carpet Floor, AM/FM Stereo, GVWR - 5,251#, GAWR Front – 2,620#, GAWR Rear – 2,687#, P225/60R16 Tires, VIN: 2FAFP71W92X124859, 184,913 Miles. Negatives to list: 1. Paint condition is overall fair, paint is beginning to fade and chip off in places, paint chipped on rear fenders and door trim. 2. Hole in top of roof where wire sticking would have been located where the antenna would had been hooked up. 3. Small swirl cracks in several places on front and rear bumpers, looks to have bumped into things from time to time, no structural damage to bumper. 4. Several cracks in the windshield. 5. Door trim piece missing on driver’s side, small hole in driver’s seat, A/C doesn’t work. 6. Several warning lights on dash including Airbag, Brake, ABS and Check Engine. Located in Mississippi, this car belonged to a local county in our home state of Mississippi since new, one owner but was retitled in 2010 (See attached Auto check), was used as a supervisor/superintendent car for the county and ordered as a police interceptor but never had a cage installed, was driven by supervisor/superintendent around the county only, it was replaced with a new one because of age and appearance, not replaced because of any issues or problems! We purchased it directly from the county along with some other items, not from a broker or dealer, simply turning the car into cash. Crown Victoria has been worked out of and is 16 years old but has been serviced by the book since day #1, after purchasing we drove this car back from north Mississippi back to our location with no issues to report except what was listed, car cranks right up, has a hot battery, engine runs great, doesn’t run hot, there are several warning lights on dash (highlighted in yellow), transmission shifts properly, air conditioning is not cold, heat is hot, drives down the road nicely, tire condition is decent and can clearly be seen in the photos, the few negative things to mention are paint chipping in places and dash warning lights (See yellow highlighted area). I took as many detailed pictures as I could to show all angles of this car and try to describe what the car is like, besides that what you see is what you get, and we are selling as is with NO RESERVE! The car has been sitting for some time waiting to be sold so we would suggest a standard service/oil change. This car is over 16 years old, has 184k miles on it and is a little rough around the edges but if you can work out some of the minor issues we listed or don’t really care what the outside looks like this may just be the car for you.
