There are holes and cut outs for emergency equipment, lights, and or computers. All off which have been removed. Truck used to be white and red but is now painted white which explains red door wells. It would make a great towing vehicle, work truck, and or plow truck. It's a 6.0 Diesel with 98,000 miles. Extremely low mileage for this truck, very hard to find. Sorry no 3rd row. And yes it is 4wd.
