Specifications: 2008 Ford Crown Victoria Police Cruiser, High Performance 4-Door Sedan, Certified Calibration, 2WD – 2-Wheel Rear Drive, Ford 4.6 Liter V8 High Output Gas Engine, Automatic Transmission w/Overdrive, Hydraulic Brakes, Spring Suspension, Air Conditioning – Heat - Defrost, Cruise Control, Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Cloth/Vinyl Seats, Rubber Floor, AM/FM Stereo, GVWR - 5,650#, GAWR Front – 2,750#, GAWR Rear – 2,900#, P235/55R17 Tires, VIN: 2FAFP71VX8X122926, Unknown Miles (display broken). Negatives to list: 1. Both headlights faded and oxidized. 2. Paint chipped off in several spots, some down to metal, overall condition of the paint is poor. 3. Duct tape residue on driver’s door panel and the window/door lock button panel is loose. 4. Front seats are well used and stained. 5. Transmission is slow to shift into drive, once going it seems to shift fine. 6. Car will not crank in park, you must shift it into neutral and then crank it.7. The digital odometer is broken and not working but we believe it has between 100K to 200K miles.8. Ex-police car and is rough all over. This car until a few days ago was owned since 2008 (see the auto-check history report link below – one owner) by a city government right here in our home town in South MS, has been maintained properly and simply replaced with a new one because of age and miles, not because of issues or problems! Unit was used in the small City (population less than 3,000) since new as a patrol car, was serviced locally and done properly, cranks (will only crank in neutral), runs and drives great for a 10+ year old vehicle, engine is strong and is not running hot – blowing oil – smoking or anything like that, transmission shifts good but the transmission is a little slow to go into drive - always goes and never slips or anything like that, brakes work properly, a/c isn’t working but probably needs a charge, heat is hot, the digital odometer went out and we cannot verify the mileage. We have driven it long enough to get it hot, have checked all fluids and consider it to be roadworthy. Look at the photos in the attached links, they clearly show the white paint in poor condition with several places and spots where the paint is completely peeled up to and past the primer, scratches also where the decals were removed, otherwise the body of the car is in really good shape with very few dents and body scuffs, the tires are in good condition and can be clearly seen in the photos, the driver’s door panel looks to have duct tape residue on it and the window control area is busted loose but everything seems to work, other than that what you see is what you get, it is roadworthy and you can drive it home, good cheap dependable mode of transportation! We are selling the car with a clean-clear transferrable title along with a bill of sale.
