Re-listing with a lowered reserve. This is a beautiful, no-excuses 2005 S600. The car is solid, tight, and in excellent condition. The clean Carfax shows an impressive history of dealer maintenance, and it’s evident this car was well cared for. All mechanical systems function as intended, including the ABC suspension. I’d happily drive this car cross-country today. I had my mechanic go through it before I put it up for sale. My request to him was to approach it like a pre-purchase inspection, identify all outstanding issues, and make all necessary repairs. The result was replacement of several tired suspension components, and well as replacement of the valve cover gasket (which was a massive, expensive job). Also, I believe the ABC suspension was thoroughly gone over and repaired by the prior owner, so that’s another expensive item that the buyer shouldn’t have to address.Bottom line: this is a whole lot of car for the money. It drives beautifully, and is just a helluva nice place to be.
