This car was fully restored about 18 years ago. It was minimally driven for about 2 years when the previous owner hit a deer with it. The body damage was light and mostly done but not finished. The previous owner then lost interest and pulled the drivetrain for another Opel he had and the car sat covered until I purchased it 8 years ago. I never got the time to finish it and as far as I can tell I never will. It has been kept in my garage for 7 of the 8 years I have owned it, but has been outside for the last year. You won't find any rust but maybe a little surface rust on this car. The paint showed nice when I got it and I'm sure still would with some buffing. I have 2 bumpers for the front, one chromed and one not. The car is listed locally as well so I reserve the right to end the auction early. $500 deposit due within 24 hours after auction end with the remainder of payment due at pickup in cash or certified check. Car must be picked up within 7 days unless other arrangements are made. I will answer any questions the best I can and as always, happy bidding. I also have a complete drivetrain with the wiring with exception of the rear from a 1987 tbird turbo coupe for sale separately that I planned to transplant into the car if anyone's interested.
