We accept for payment: Bank Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check, Bank Check, Loan Check, Cash in Person. *We also offer financing, which bidder must obtain pre-approval from our dealership prior to bidding. *Credit Qualifications apply Terms: Placing a Bid: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please ensure you are able to secure financing BEFORE committing to the purchase of our motorcycles. Bidders Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. It is the buyers responsibility to view the unit if you so wish, or choose a mechanic to inspect it for you. You are welcome by appointment to do so prior to the purchase. As this motorcycle is also for sale in our showroom, we reserve the right to end the listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Finalizing your Purchase: Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Erik by message or phone (203) 440-1352 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. A $500 deposit must be recieved within 48 hours NON-REFUNDABLE. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. At time of sending initial deposit, BUYER must forward a copy of their state issued valid ID. The unit will not be released to buyer or shipper, until funds have cleared the dealerships account and all required documentation and signatures have been obtained by the dealership. The purchased unit must be picked up within fourteen (14) days of date of sale unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon with seller. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs and shipping arrangements. Non-financed purchases will be charged an additional $195 Dealer Conveyance Fee and financed purchases will be charged an additional $295 Dealer Conveyance Fee.
