2004 Ford Escape 4X4 3.0L V6 Engine This recent trade-in has the following equipment: Air Conditioning, Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Steering, Tilt Wheel, AM/FM CD, Pass Key Security, Dual Air Bags Front and Sides, Active Belts, All Wheel ABS, Moon Roof, Cruise Control, Key-Less Entry, Child Rear Safety Doors, Alloy Wheels, and MORE!!! We sent this SUV out for Pennsylvania State Inspection, mechanically it checks out great the issue is the rear inner wheel wells. The Rear inner wheel wells are rusted and need to be repaired in order to pass PA., State Inspection. The customer told us up front that is why they were trading it, they also said it runs great they haven't had any issues at all with it and they really didn't want to get rid of it. The inspection station said it was in great shape mechanically but needed the rust issue inside the wheel wells repaired. They also said they could tell it was well cared for, pictures of the 2 rusted areas are located in the 100+ pictures below. There is a inside picture of each side showing what needs to be repaired. We do not have access to a lift so please do not ask for more pictures of the under panels of the vehicle. The pictures of the rusted areas were taken by the inspection facility. A check engine light popped up the code is P0136 O2 Sensor, Circuit Bank 1 Sector 2.
