NO RESERVE! Excellent opportunity to own a rare muscle car! The engine is a professionally built HIGH PERFORMANCE 355 CID 1970 LT1 Corvette engine that has been modified to well over 400+ HP including a radical camshaft. The engine is connected to the transmission with an 11" Centerforce Clutch/Pressure Plate/and throw-out bearing. The transmission is a 1969 Muncie M21 close ratio 4 speed transmission that was professionally rebuilt. The engine breathes through a set of headers connected to a flowmaster stainless steel exhaust. The car has a complete 4 wheel power disc brake conversion kit. The rear brakes were installed on a 1969 GM 10 Bolt 3:73 Limited slip Posi rear end that is completely rebuilt. This car lived its’ life for over 20 years as a drag car for a Police Dept. in New Jersey as a charity drag car. I will try to list as much as I can but there really is way too much to list. Floors, trunk, doors, fenders and frame are 100% rust free and in EXCELLENT condition. I cannot stress enough that the car is all original and rust free except the engine/drivetrain/and exhaust which have been professionally modified. The car was hoisted in my barn and the front sub-frame was removed as well as most of the body panels and the underside of the car was sand-blasted and painted. Underside upgrades to car include sub-frame connectors, polyurethane body mounts and bushings, stainless steel brake and fuel lines, rear sway bar, new upper and lower control arms with poly bushings. Brand new Monroe Shocks. I added a complete "Painless" wiring system to the car. All of the glass in the car is original. Interior of car is a mix of original parts and new OEM parts including seat upholstery, headliner and side panels. Mirrors, door handles windshield wipers, rear light lenses, etc are all brand new. All windows roll up and down with ease. Doors open and close gently with ease. New leaf springs and BF Goodrich Radial TA Tires. Original am radio. The car is currently registered and inspected. All of the steering components are new. I have put so many new parts on this car. I also have tons of original parts on the car. I easily have over 200 hours into working on it and getting it to the point it is at. Records and receipts included/available.
