Vehicle Detail
1983 Honda PC50 "Lil Honda" moped. Odometer showing 1,900 miles. This is from my collection of Honda mopeds that I'm parting with. Very unusual and rare Honda moped that's a 4 stroke versus 2 stroke (no mixing of oil) which motor appears the same as the Honda Cub from the late 60's and early 70's? Starts on 3rd to 4th kick which I start by using left pedal half revolution versus pedaling which you can obviously do. very, very smooth driving. You can see on right side a kick start can be added and remove pedal operation. There a lever on left side that switches to pedal bike only, flip up and the motor engages with pedal. From photos on line appears not original Carb but works fine?. This is not a cream puff but certainly a rare runner. Note: there's a headlight for this model on e-bay selling for $375.00, so its rare. I've personally never seen one? Repairs done on leg shield which I attempted to get another one but very difficult because this thing is rare, inside gas tank look good. No title, but bill of sales transaction. What works: Key which ignition is on the fork lock (very unusual), 2 beams on headlight, de-compression switch, new petcock, speedometer, odometer, dash light, horn, taillight, both brakes fine. What does not work: Brake light Blemishes: Spots here and there on paint and chrome from age, leg shield repaired in multiple areas, brace for plastic on inside right (see photos) What's new: Brand new 19" tires and tubes (Unusual size which made more expensive), mirror, grips, plug, petcock, gas lines, spark plug, oil change, battery. Sold As Is. Shipping arrangements would have to made on purchasers end which I would assist as much as I could if needed?
