1983 Honda Urban Express Deluxe. Appears to be all original with 1,100 miles on odometer. Was stored inside for many years and I have personally never seen one this clean, matter of fact I have never seen a URBAN DELUXE model in person? No rips on seat, inside gas tank looks great, exhaust looks great. Used very little and gentle it obviously appears? Starts on 1st to 2nd kick, very smooth power, probably could use little tuning on carb to make perfect/ideal. No title, but bill of sales transaction. What works: Key, one beam headlight, petcock, speedometer, odometer, turn signals, horn, brake light by both rear and front brake levers, taillight, both brakes fine. What does not work: One beam on headlight, Oil level indicator stays on even though full, battery operates all items without being started but not strong enough to start moped even though it engages. Blemishes: Right mirror glass broken, little ding on frame (right side by H on Honda decal), spots here and there on paint and chrome from age, original tires have some dry rot (been driving that way for 4 months) Sold As Is. Shipping arrangements would have to made on purchasers end which I would assist as much as I could if needed?
