1955 Chevrolet 2DR Post Delray.This is a really nice cruiser to say the least. Has a 350 small block crate motor with a rv camshaft ,Edelbrock Performer intake a 4bbl carb,side mount motor mounts,stainless shorty headers. Backed by what I believe to be a Saginaw or Muncie? ( I have not decoded the tranny) 4sp that shifts smooth with no noises and Hurst linkage. Original rear end with 3.73 gears. All manual steering and brakes that are all new. Just rebuilt the whole front end with a kit from Eklers with roller bearing conversion and 2 1/2inch drop springs. Has really nice , mandrel bent 2 1/2inch exhaust with dump outs for open exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. The body is in great shape. Very straight with no rust! The floor pans are all original and rust free as well as the trunk pan. All of the trim is in excellent condition as well. The paint is over 10yrs old but shows very nice with only a few minor blems. All of the glass is in like new condition. The interior is in great condition as well. Everything works as it should including the windshield wipers,heater,dome light ,radio ect. Has 17inch American racing torq thrust wheels all the way around with new tires. This is a great running and driving car. I have drove this car quite a bit with no problems at all. Everyone loves the car and is a hit at the local cruise night and car shows. If you are in the market for a turn key driver that requires very little maintenance then you should check this car out. No having to restore anything. This car is ready to go. Anything you do to it at this point just add's value to the car. I have priced this car to sell.
