For auction here is a very original, unrestored 1972 Honda SL100. I've just got too many bikes....3/72 Build date.These bikes are getting hard to find in complete original condition like this one. I bought this bike 3-4 years ago in Oregon. My plan was to license it and ride it around town. When I bought it I replaced the original carburetor as the old carb pilot jet was clogged and it broke when I tried to remove it. Starts up easily 1-2 kicks with the choke. Runs, shifts and stops like a 45 year old bike! The gas tank is clean inside.Original Headlight, tail light, switches, levers, etc. Very original with nice patina.Odometer mileage shows 118 miles but I'm pretty sure this is not accurate.Rear tire is in very good condition. Front is about half gone. Nice original exhaust pipe in good shape. Needs a new battery which I will supply if I can find it. I know I have one. The fuel tank has a ding in it and the frame has some scratches but the patina is nice.See the pictures for what the bike has on it. Please ask any questions you may have before bidding. There is no option for a bill of sale so I had to select "clean title". This is not in the California DMV system so a title is not too hard to obtain if you want to ride it on the street.
