2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STI Selling my WRX STI as I simply don't drive it anymore. Please watch the 30 minute video for a detailed description. Condition Very clean car for the mileage, as most of it is highway due to both the previous owner and myself having had 100-mile-per-day commutes. Normal wear and tear for a 12 year old car, with some minor exterior and interior blemishes (see pictures and video). Regularly cleaned and exterior hand waxed / interior shampoo'd once a year. It's not a show car or garage queen, just a no-nonsense, clean, well maintained Subaru. Needs nothing, you can get in it and drive it anywhere - to work, to school, California, Alaska, a track day, a rallycross - it's the ultimate do-everything machine. Fly in and drive it where-ever! The car has a clear title. There are minor accidents on record, which (according to the PO) are due to the one of the first owners going off the road while playing around in the winter and bending a wheel and control arm. Just to make it clear - this car is not salvaged or rebuilt title. Car drives straight and has no idication of body work having been performed aside from a respray in stock color by the PO just before I got it. Modifications Everything was done by the previous owner * Stock tune (as far as I know), stock engine, stock suspension, strock transmission, stock catalytic converter * Gimmick v3 catback * Defi boost gauge * Rally-armor mudflaps * Primitive skidplate (have stock plastic under tray, if you want it) * Alpine head unit * 06/07 tail lights * Window tint on rear windows * Hitch receiver Maintenance * Regular oil changes with Valvolune Synthetic and premium Wix or Purolator filters. * Regular air filter changes with Wix filters. * Regularly hand washed and hand waxed. * "Fluid film" applied to varous underbody areas to keep rust at bay. * Timing belt - done by PO at around 100k. * Balljoints, tie rods, brakes - done by PO, still looks good. * Lower mileage struts and springs. New top hats. * Trans fuild changed at 162k. * New Battery (under 1000 miles). * New Radiator, thermostat, and rad hoses (under 1000 miles). * New intercooler hoses (under 1000 miles). * New windshield (under 1000 miles). Extras Comes with two sets of OEM BBS wheels - silver with snow tires (pictured) and black powdercoated wheels with high performance summer tires. I'll also include the following at no charge if requested: * A set of used FEAL revalved struts * Swift springs * The things in the trunk - Fire extinguisher, spare fluids, jumper cables, etc Important note: Please keep in mind that some car shipping companies DO NOT allow anything to be inside the car while it's being transported. It is your responsibility to arrange shipping for the extra set of wheels and any of the other extras you want, whether it is through the auto transporter, UPS, FedEx, or whoever. I'm happy to help package and ship them at extra cost. Payment and Shipping A $200 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Full payment must be made within one week. Buyer is reposible for arranging pickup and shipping. I'm happy to make the car available to a shipping company, or deliver the car to you at Detroit Metro Airport. Payment to be made by cash (in person) or cashiers check. Depending on the type of payment (such as cashiers check), I will hold the car and title until it has fully cleared, so please keep this in mind for shipping and pick-up purposes.
