Up for sale is my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze diesel. I am the original owner. The car has never been modified and is still factory stock. Runs and drives very well. I have maintained this car properly throughout my ownership, using proper low SAPS rated synthetic oil, Transmission fluid has been changed 6 times (3X changes twice). Timing belt, water pump and all tensioners done at 145K miles. The car still runs and drives like the day I drove it off the lot in 2013. I had the oil tested at Blackstone several times to determine the optimum change interval My goal for the car was 200K miles and now it’s time for a new owner. It has a recent WV inspection sticker which is a good indication of the overall condition of the car. Tires, brakes, etc passed inspection. The all season tires currently on the car are in good shape. It also comes with a set of snow tires as well. The car can be driven anywhere you need to go, however there are a few things that will need attention at some point. The engine cooling fan is not working. I bought an aftermarket one that will go with the car, but no guarantee that it will fit. I have never overheated the car. If I ever got stuck in traffic, I just turned on the heater to keep the temp at normal levels. Transmission fluid is seeping from the cooler lines but isn’t too bad. There is an engine oil leak in the vicinity of the oil cooler, the most likely culprit, but I have not diagnosed it. Normal wear and tear for a car that was driven 206K miles. The car was hit on the passenger side last year and repaired by a body shop. I can send pics of the car after it was hit if you request it. No airbags were deployed and the car was fully drivable afterwards. The spot on the bottom of the passenger door that I show in the video may have something to do with this. Most of the emissions system is original except a sensor or two. The Check Engine Light is OFF. I’ve averaged 40+MPG over the lifetime of the car. It gets mid 40’s to low 50’s on the highway, and high 20’s to low 30’s in the city. It loves the highway and has a smooth quiet ride. The diesel Cruzes had extra sound insulation in them so it’s much more on the Buick end of driving comfort. In short this is a good car that with a little tinkering should serve the next owner a long time, but is sold AS IS WHERE IS, NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Make sure you ask any questions and do any inspections before you bid. This car has over 200K miles and as on any car with this type of mileage, anything can happen at any time.
