Vehicle Detail
Up for sale I have a really nice Pontiac G8 GT with the strong Ls 6.0 Liter engine and the six speed automatic trannsmission. Below is a brief description, but if you don't know the background on these Australian built hotrods, you should google them and read up on it, it's rare, collectible, and just plain cool to drive. A luxury car with 361hp and that runs the quarter in 13.8 seconds right off the showroom floor, sign me up. lol. Exterior: The Herron white paint is basically flawless, I honestly can't find one single dent or even a ding anywhere. Just had it lightly buffed and waxed, shines awesome and is slick, ready to go. It appears to have been garage kept judging by the condition. Interior: Insides I think are so plush and beautifully done. The factory two tone black and red leather is immaculate and is so comfortable to ride long distances. Heated seats, power sunroof, climate control, Blaupunkt 11 speaker stereo system with twin subwoofers and a 6 disc changer. Even the gauges are so nice and custom looking when they are lit up. I believe this car has every option available in 2008 except the GXP package. Drivetrain: What is there to say about GM's 6.0 LS engine besides, big horsepower, long life, and good gas mileage. The LS engine family is GM's greatest invention to date I believe and obviously so does everyone that has ever owned one. This one has 70,000 original miles on it, will go up slightly, cause I do love driving it. Just installed an $1100 catback Magnaflow quad exhaust system two weeks ago, I went with the more mild kit, I drive this car everywhere, and I didn't want it real loud, but is has a nice, mean tone. Front and rear suspension has been changed to the FE-3 handling package available on the GXPs. Very expensive to do, $1200 with labor, but well worth it for the ride and handling. Also have a brand new Eibach lowering kit, never opened, that goes with the car in the auction. Other that and a real mild computer tune when the exhaust was done, pretty much stock. It was built with the nice 19 inch gray 5 spoke wheel option factory, I still have them and they are also included in this auction. I added a set of 2016 Camaro SS 20 inch wheels, had them powdercoated semi-gloss black, with a new set of Hancook tires. Staggered for that pro-touring look, 245/35/20 on the front and 275/35/20 on the rear. No rubs, rattles, etc. Look through the pictures, this car is badazz. What you can't tell by the pictures is, this Pontiac was backed into by a Ram 3500 truck's rear bumper across the front, cracking the bumper, breaking the headlights, and kinking the hood and fender. So it will carry a rebuilt title. The last pictures are before it was repaired, very light hit. There wasn't much damage at all, but due to it being a specialty auto and insured as one, a settlement was reached between the owner and insurance to just cash out and sell the car. Worked out great for me. lol. I take no shortcuts in repairs done on any vehicle, I've been in the collision business for 30 years and I am picky about quality. (Ralph's Body Shop Inc.) My name is Derek. Please check my ratings out on Angie's List, Yelp, Better Business Bureau, Etc. I take pride in my reputation for quality. Bumper, grilles, headlamps, and fender where all GM, brand new parts, right out of the box. Hood was a used part, but a real GM hood. Front end was painted in pieces, color sanded slick, then re-assembled on the car for absolute factory appearance. It is a beautiful piece. Check my feedback also, (my personal user name is d-rock8282), I've been on Ebay for over 15 years, I describe my vehicles accurately and honestly. Most of my auctions end early because I sell local as well, so I am always open to reasonable offers on here as well, I know what these cars are worth, don't waste my time with lowball insults. I have almost $4000 in the upgrades listed above and over $3000 in parts fixing it, not counting labor and materials. If you have a feedback score of 10 or less, or maybe a negative rating, contact me before bidding. Have no time or patience for games or such nonsense. Inspections are certainly welcomed, otherwise, please don't hesitate to ask any questions or for extra pictures you might want. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due 24 hours after auctions end, full balance within 7 days. I can store the car inside for a small amount of time at no charge if needed by the new owner, or I can help with shipping as well. Take care and good luck.
