Vehicle Detail

1950 FORD DELUXE, fully restored ground up 5 years ago. Parked since last two years after driving to and from Los Angeles to Springfield, MO., and back to Los Angeles without any problems whatsoever. Started few days ago and drove to the bank and the gas station, started right off. Runs like new! I have a collection of 123 cars and its time to thin out my collection. I'm not selling for need of money but need of space and less headaches of taking care of classic cars and enjoying life instead of the headaches of keeping up with the cars. I will not list many cars at a time but one at a time only. Some cars are in Ventura County, California and some are in Missouri. This one is in the garage in the city of Thousand Oaks, in Ventura county, California. For buyers satisfaction, I am willing to take the car to your choice of many Ford dealers and indy shops in my area to test drive and evaluate the overall condition of this car at your arrangement and at your expense. The evaluation cost varies between $90 to $125 generally speaking. It is advisable for the buyers to have this car fully evaluated by the Ford or an indy Ford shop in our area. I'll have someone from my office drive the car to the service location that you can arrange. Reason I'm offering this option of having it evaluated by a Ford dealer to avoid any possible future misunderstandings about my way of describing the car. Best is to come, test drive it and check it out thoroughly. More pictures of any area and closeup are available upon request. Car is absolutely an attention getter and picture taker anywhere this car goes. Looks amazing and very attractive a true classic with nothing spared in decking her up with all kinds of available accessories as you can see. Hood spring that pushes the hood up which sits on top of the radiator plate to pops up the hood needs to be readjusted in order for the hood to pop up, otherwise it needs someone to hold the hood up while the driver pulls the cable for opening the hood. I am not a mechanic but know a lot about car issues that I've learned through the years in owning and restoring classic cars starting from Chevy to Rolls Royce and every make and models in between! Almost brand new genuine leather seats and door panels, with new red leather headliner, with zero defects of wear and tears. All chrome in excellent condition without any scratches or fading of any kind except the normal 5 years old restoration and storage of the car. It's obviously a California car with zero rust as far as I know. Will assist in shipping this car in any part of the world as I have done so before. Buyer is encourage to have this car inspected to make sure that this is what the buyer want. I am willing to have the car taken to any of buyer's selected shop for full inspection. If one buys a car like this in poor condition and start to restore it to the condition that this car is in, it would easily cost over $35,000 or more depending who restores classic cars. I had Rolls Royce and Bentley restored with as little as $12,000 and as high as $85,000. So it all depends on the restoration shops and the desire for the owner who should restore his/her cars and at what budget. This car does not need anything except a good car wash! I've been told that if I can have this car auctioned off at the Barret auctions, it would bring at least in mid 30's. Rebuilt motor at factory specs. Rebuilt transmission with new clutch, new suspension, new starter motor, new radiator, water pump, oil pump, and everything inside the engine compartment is rebuilt. Car had 83,200 miles on the motor and the trany before the restoration started. it has now close to 91,000 since rebuilt with 83,000 miles. Restoration process pictures available upon request. I've shown a few pictures before the restoration started and now the way the car looks, inside out and under the hood and under the entire chassis! I have a reserve price extremely low. At this price you can't buy a car like this even with lots of rust that needs a lotta repairs. This car needs nothing. Start driving immediately after a good car wash! I will accept offers through ebay messaging to speed up the sale process to save time. Buyers are encouraged and invited to ask any questions before bidding. All sales shall be final and a deposit of $500 is required at the end of the auction. Remaining payment can be arranged to be paid through bank to bank transfer, money order. Personal and Company checks are acceptable and the car would only be released for pickup upon full payment received by my bank.It is required that I must state the following: This car is being sold on AS IS and WHERE IS basis without any expressed or implied warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyer assumes the full responsibility to inspect the car or have it inspected before bidding. Once the car is sold, it will not be taken back for any reasons whatsoever. All sales are final! Thank you for reading and good luck with your bidding!
