Flood, Water Damage

This is a 2013 Ford Raptor Supercrew cab Roush Edition (stage 2). Supercharger Roush full body exhaust, Roush K&N cold air intake, 53K original miles. These are the mods that were done in the last year: $5700 rims/tires, $4100 system, $1900 custom Raptor eye headlights & custom tailights, $592 leveling kit, $500 bumpers, $450 viper Alarm, $400 custom painted fender flares, $400 illuminated lights (all signs on truck illuminate Raptor, STV, Ford etc), $300 Light bar, $230 fog lights, $140 tint for all small lights, $135 third brake light, $108 turn signal lights, $60 powder coated exhaust tips, PLUS $2500 in labor for all those custom light details! This truck has everything available on the Ford Raptors for this year. It is gorgeous inside and out BUT it has been flooded. Prior to this the only thing this truck has was a very light incident which left the bumper with a small dent (as you see in pics). The carpet was wet and has been aired out but never removed. It doesn't smell but I would think it best to remove it all and redo or rejuvenate it. We have removed the oil and replaced it and were going to start it but when we put a new battery in it there was a "burning wire smell" inside the truck cab. We didn't even put the key in to attempt to start it because we just don't know anything about mechanics! This will have a salvaged title. We don't have a mechanic in the family any longer and just have decided we don't even want to attempt this. There are lots of wires in the truck. I do believe it can be repaired but we are not capable so selling it for a great price to be able to buy another vehicle. You are welcome to call and ask any questions and as much as possible I will answer. ONE MORE THING but I am not sure if this matters. We do have the extended warranty to 100k miles on this or until 2019. It was purchased for $3495. It is transferable but I don't think they will repair a flooded truck with that warranty. I looked over the paperwork really good and did even call our local Ford dealer because there are no "exclusions" for natural disasters. They told me they would call me back on that but I haven't heard back from them. I just don't know what good it does but I did want to mention it.
