1954 Mercury Monterey Sun Valley with Plexiglass roof insert. Has original overhead valve 256 V8 and 3 speed automatic transmission; This is one of a low production model, with 9,761 U.S. built units. Nearly every factory option that was available for Mercury in 1954 can be found on this Sun Valley including power brakes, power steering, power windows, power seats, backup lights, fender skirts, an automatic transmission, radio and heater. ALL ORIGINAL ONE OWNER CAR. Floors are in good shape, some rust in rockers and lower quarters. Motor is locked-up and does not turn over. Needs total restoration. PAYMENT: Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours, and the remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder.
