We Love Cool Cars G And S Motors, Fletcher NC 1973 Peugeot 404 Sedan UPDATE 9/27 I've had a lot of emails asking about any rust issues, the paint, etc. So, I've taken over 60 pics of the undercarriage and inside the trunk. Upon close inspection, this car has ZERO areas of rust concern. It had some previously, which have been dealt with the correct way. They have been cut out and replaced with metal, as can be seen most clearly on the passenger floor pan. After the repairs, the undercarriage was treated with rust inhibitor. YOU CAN SEE 60+ PICS HERE This car and my 404 Break were both "restored" by a German guy who had a passion for all things French. He has a professional shop and normally restores crazy Citroens. When he did this car, he did it to a very good standard. The paint is excellent and the only obvious spot that might be cleaned up is the rubber gasket around the inside lip of the trunk, which shows burgundy over-spray.
