This auction is for a 1997 Mercedes Benz S500. The car starts but runs very poorly. This is a wonderful beast of a car that needs someone who can restore to road worthiness. I purchased 7 years ago and drove as a daily commuter and it made commuting a delight. Check out the pictures for a good look at what is right. Here is what is not:1. As previously stated, engine work is a must. Starts and runs poorly. Appears to be a timing issue. 2. Left front quarter panel tried to take down a tree. I have the replacement quarter panel and trim parts. Will be in trunk. (see picture) 3. Missing one of the tow hook covers on passenger side front bumper. (see picture) 4. Front bumper cracked on driver side. (see picture) 5. Driver Seat has road wear. More specifically "bottom wear" There is no reserve bid on this car. It is sold "as is" and buyer is responsible for pickup and or shipping.
