Looking to sell my 2004 Monte Carlo SS. It has the 3800 series supercharged motor,cold AC,heat,power windows,power locks with key fob,power seats,heated seats,power sunroof,cruise,tilt wheel,Onstar(needs activated),K&N cold air intake,window vent visors. The car runs great,you can get in and drive anywhere. In the past 6 months I have replaced all 4 ABS/wheel hub sensors, new brakes all around,new tie rod,new tires on the front,alignment at Sears,new passenger side front cv axle,new EGR valve. The interior is good,seats show wear-drivers is bad(put black duct tape on it). The CD player,radio,power windows,locks,sunroof,lights and gauges all work as they should.The driver side seat warmer does not work.The steering wheel controls all work as well. One speaker cover is busted and the rear tint is missing a strip and should be redone. The body has a few dings and some scuffs-a few hood chips,scuffs on the driver side front corner and the passenger side rear corner. The paint looks good but up close you can see places in it, its not perfect by any means probably could use a good wax and buff. There is no rust any on the car. The car is NOT perfect, here is a list of what it needs or things a buyer needs to know--- 1)it needs a bottom passenger side motor mount put on. I tried to put it on but couldn't figure out how to. 2)the check engine light is on,code po401,I put an EGR valve on it because of a po404 code and now the new code. I bought new vacuum lines and checked a bunch of stuff and its still on. 3)AC condensation sometimes runs on the passenger floor mat(not a heater core leak). I have checked all I know to check. 4)the car has 2 recalls on it-one for the ignition and one for an oil leak that drips on the exhaust. Any dealer should be able to take care of these for free. I haven't had time to get it done. The car hardly uses any oil between changes. I'm asking $2850 or best offer. Serious buyers only!!! I WILL NOT respond to any low ball offers.
