NO RESERVE Listing for 1998 Vw GTI VR6 with only 98,626 original miles. Rare, Silver Arrow paint in excellent shape. Originally a southern car, so no rust even in the typical MK3 spots. Strut towers, gas cap and floors are all solid. Roof has been painted Gloss Black which gives a very nice updated effect along with a mid wing. Valid NJ inspection ( Till March 2019) with no Check Engine Light or other warning lights. Clean black interior with Red Flag cloth seats. No rips or cuts, just minimal wear on the driver seat bolsters. Red stitched steering and DE golf ball shift knob is accompanied by Audi TT pedals and alcantara boots, also red stitched. Motor pulls strong, and trans shifts smoothly with no issues. Clutch feel is also good, no slippage or chatter. At the 95K miles, major work done which included rebuild head, new head gasket, water pump, seals, and timing chains with guides.
