1982 JEEP CJ8 SCRAMBLER SL (LAREDO) CLEAN ! This is a super nice and clean triple black JEEP CJ-8 Scrambler.The Jeep spent most of its life in southern USA, sold new from an AMC Dealer out of Birmingham, AL. It's currently stored in a heat controlled environment and it has never been subject to any adverse weather conditions. The body is all factory sheet metal. No repairs ever. Original floor pans, bed, body, fenders, tail gate, and even the windshield frame (no aftermarket ribs). The frame and chassis are clean and straight. The 4.2 motor, with the only upgrade present is a HEI ignition but I did save the factory distributor which will be included, manual 5 speed transmission, and clutch have approximately 18k. Factory 15" x 7" chrome wheels and center caps rolling on Goodyear Wrangler Radials, New Wood side rails. The interior is classic OEM Laredo equipped with black and silver purse strap high back seats, center console, factory carpet, Laredo specific interior door panels with carpet and chrome accents, correct non vent dash pad, leather grab bar and leather wrapped steering wheel with Laredo horn button on a tilt steering column, Laredo badge on glove box door, clock, tach, and SL silver pin stripe details on the dash panel. The Jeep is currently in radio delete mode (dash panel is uncut). I have the original am/fm radio which will be included (needs posts). Rare factory original step bumper (slight kink), Aluminum rocker moldings. The original factory window sticker is included which indicate sport SL package, power steering, power disc brakes, rear track lock differential, Wood side rails, 258 (4.2l) six cyl engine with 2 barrel carburetor, free wheeling hubs, 2-speed transfer case with 4wdr, spare tire and rear mounted spare tire carrier. Also included the original certificate title for a vehicle, owners manual, and maintenance guides. The title free and clear and ready for immediate transfer of ownership.
