2001 dodge ram 1500 5.9 4x4 off-road sport pkg. Has power windows and locks. good: recent md inspection and emissions new windshield, both front wheel hubs, tie rods ends and alignment new transmission valve body starts and runs recent tune up. all fluids, plugs and rotor bad: CEL is on. "1740" code. the torque convertor will not lockup so gas mileage suffers the passenger side valve cover leaks coolant the black paint at the bottom of the doors hides some rust the ac does not work. this issue has not been diagnosed.
