I had to remove this from a relatives house because of Police. Now I have it at my house and Police say it has to go. 1955 Chevy Chevrolet 3200 pickup with original straight 6 MT, radiator, dash looks great, steering wheel and column looks OK, Nice bench seat, gas tank in back of seat now condition is as follows HOOD needs little help along the front, Grill Bumper core support inner fenders radiator dash steering column gauges nice bench seat are all good DOORS look OK look at pictures and decide for yourself. I have worked with worse, it looks like seam sealer would take care of the doors they are not rusted through from what I could tell. FENDERS are the same way workable and they have come detached from the bottom of the inner brace typical but the fenders skins themselves are savable. CAB CORNERS are the worst they need replacing. Someone did a shade tree patch job ROCKERS AND STEPS appear to be workable and need little help a couple small places especially after sand blasting FLOORS drivers side seam good and passenger side you will find 2 or 3 small spots that needs attention to. Inner fenders and cowl look very good as does the bed except for the wood. The rear fenders are useable and will probably need help after blasting NOW there where a lot of questions about Title. It is a clear Virginia title which is worth $500 in my book alone you can't find these with clean paper. THE MOTOR is a 6cyl : If you are planning on replacing it with a V-8 don't worry. If you are going to keep it stock and original than assume the motor is stuck (I have no plans on trying to turn it over for the price I'm going to settle on. I have unstock V-8 motors before with a little squirt of WD-40 in each cylinder after removing plugs. Even after that you will need to do valve seals unless you get very lucky. The carb needs a rebuilt and also assume Generator, Starter, etc also needs rebuilt but I will tell you the dist cap, wires and plugs look pretty good I don't know. I would keep this project and play with it but I'm unable to work on these projects in my condition and City wants it out of my yard Let me just add that the offers that where received that I could look at where close to selling point.
