2008 Porsche 911 Turbo for sale. This is an enthusiast owned, never modified, beautiful example of a 997.1TT with the Tiptronic S transmission. It is one of the lowest priced '08 Turbo Coupes on the market, and in a desirable white over cocoa color combination. Though future values can never be predicted, the fact that the 2007-2009 911 Turbos were the last to have the Mezger designed engines adds some extra desirability to this vehicle. No expenses were spared in maintenance, with the current owner having spent $7,000 in the last year. New drive belt, spark plugs and oil change less than 1K miles ago. New front and rear brake rotors and front pads less than 3K miles ago, and the all important coolant lines/hoses "update" job (including new hoses, pinning the lines, Sharkwerks coolant pipe upgrade kit and new o-rings) performed in May 2017 (less than 700 miles ago). For those that are unfamiliar with the 997.1 Turbo, pinning the coolant lines is an important job that the future owner will not have to worry about on this vehicle and is a +$4,000 service. Be careful purchasing a 997.1TT where this hasn't been done, as this is the known major weak point with this car despite age or mileage. Please do your research on this issue! Maintenance records back to October 2011 including this owner (at a reputable independent Porsche mechanic) and the previous owner (all at a Porsche Dealership) were kept in a binder that will also convey with the vehicle to give the purchaser some peace of mind. The car is stock other than the bolt-on Fabspeed dual exhaust tips & ECS wheel spacers which are all easily removable. The original oval exhaust tips will also convey with the vehicle. Tires are Michelin Pilot SuperSports. Front tires have approximately 70% tread life, the rears have approximately 50% left, and may need replacement within the next 10K miles. The car has had 4 owners based on the Carfax report and no accident history. There's a rock chip just above the right headlight and another rock chip on the front bumper, and a slight door ding on the left fender all of which have been pictured above. The car has recently had a safety inspection this month (July 2017) by a Porsche dealership and has passed. Considering the market for these cars, this car is priced well understanding the age, mileage and condition of the vehicle. Non-refundable deposit of $500 will be required upon purchase.
