The original generator was replaced with a more efficient and reliable alternator. The AC unit was a necessity for California weather and blows nice and COLD! The Exterior Paint while not Show Quality is very presentable with a great shine and only has a few minor chips and a couple touchups where the hardtop rests on the rear deck. Overall you would not be disappointed at any high quality car show. The Exterior Chrome, Stainless, Emblems and Trim is all in very nice condition. It has new rubber weatherstripping throughout all the doors and trunk lid. The Glass is all in good condition. A very cool feature for the 1955 model year only is the dual exhaust exits through the rear bumperettes. The stylish two tone Red and White Interior is a nice combination of Original and replacement materials. It features a Power seat and other amenities Ford included. The Speedometer and Tach both operate as they should. Even the clock still operates...amazing! A retro Thunderbird Stereo adds a little
