This '73 TS400 has only 3297 original miles. It's currently licensed and being ridden and I have a clear title in hand. It starts easily and is really a riot running through the gears around town. It turns lots of heads as people try to figure out where that awesome popping 2-stroke sound is coming from. The factory low pipe has a very cool, all- business look to it. Its currently geared a little higher than a stock TS400, but its got plenty of torque to lift the front wheel on take off with little effort. The fork, swing arm, brakes and wheels have been upgrade using GPZ550 components. The frame was modified to accept the wheel/brake upgrades and powder coated, but the engine, tank, fenders and side covers have their original patina dating from 1973. The engine was recently serviced receiving a fresh top end and all oil seals including crank seals. Other new parts include: tires, chain/sprocket, carb boot, gas cap gasket, complete brake rebuild, custom Spiegler brake lines, Triumph turn signals, carb needle/seat and seat cover. Oil injection system works as it should so no mixing fuel despite being a 2-stroke. The tank was spotless inside with zero rust, but it had a pin hole in a factory spot weld for a mounting bracket. So, the tank was coated inside using the POR-15 tank sealant. Located near Logan, UT.
