1964 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible is a beautiful car that not only has performance, but sophisticated elegance as well. This is the third generation Bonneville body style. The factory the price was $3,578.00, weight 3,985 lb, length 220”, wheelbase 123”, and only 22,016 were made. The body tag tells us this particular car was built in the 5th week of April 1964, (2867) means it’s a convertible, (BK) was assembled in Kansas City, KS, Interior (264) parchment, paint (W) Nocturne Blue. I have owned the Convertible for around 15 years with the plan on restoring it. The guy I bought it from was the original owner and it was fairly complete with exception that he took out the original engine and put a Pontiac 400 from the late 60’s. He was in the process of rebuilding it, but never finished. I later found a running 4 door hardtop a few years ago with the intention of swapping original engine and running gear and using the 4 door for extra parts ((it is listed on ebay as well) hopefully they can go to the same buyer)).
