To be driveable, it needs to have the brakes fixed. The brake light is on, and the pedal goes nearly to the floor, only braking slightly. A couple of months ago, I filled the brake fluid up, but most leaked out when I carefully drove it a short distance. There is rust under the running boards, and it is in need of a Pennsylvania inspection.
