1970 Toyota Landcruiser 1970 Toyota FJ40 Hardtop Land Cruiser Thank you for viewing this beautiful restored example of an iconic Toyota off road FJ40. This vehicle would make an excellent weekend driver or be a proud addition to a collector. FJ was originally a California vehicle and spent most of its life there. This FJ presents itself well, starts, runs, and drives without incident. Many new parts including tires and a completely rebuilt front end ensure this vehicle is ready to go for new ownership. There is no rust underneath and the truck has a clean bill of health. 4x4 Works as it should, the clutch operates smoothly along with the gear level on the shift column. This is not a concourse level restoration, but a good one meant for a car that will see the road for many years to come. Most all the parts have only a few thousands miles of use. Nothing on this truck is in need of repair or maintenance. Over $2500 recently spent on cleaning up wiring and making the truck a nice reliable weekend driver. On the road the FJ is comfortable, tracks straight, stops straight and is a pleasure to drive. This truck has not been off roaded so I cannot comment on that but I suspect it would hold its own. Around the car there are no dents or scratches to note. The paint shines very well and was freshly detailed. The only aftermarket in the FJ is the stereo system with Rockford Fosgate speakers along with a Kenwood headunit hidden in the custom locking center console. All of the lighing, glass, chrome is newer and clean. You won't be buying this FJ and need to spend any additional money aside from registration and insurance!
