I require a deposit within 48 hours unless we speak and have made another arrangement. I try to work with people and I get burned. 1985 Honda XR250R. This bike has been in my family since new. It's un-molested and clean. This is the twin carburetor model, only made in 1984-85 so it's a fairly rare model. Engine has never been apart. The only things done mechanically were the carbs jetted up a bit when I replaced the original air filter with Moose brand and I put new rocker arm shaft seals in it because they were starting to leak slightly. It does have new sprockets and chain with maybe 30 miles on them. I replaced the chain slider and clutch cable several years ago. This bike runs great and really needs nothing. I do have the original hand guards that are included. The decals on the tank look nice but if you've ever replaced decals on a plastic tank, you know that they bubble up. So there are air bubbles under them. The original exhaust is 100% solid with no rust. The bike has been adult owned and well maintained. I really hate to even part with it but it just isn't getting ridden as much as I'd like and I hate to see it sit. I have clean and clear title in my name and in hand. I actually currently have it insured and registered with Indiana DNR. Please keep in mind that this is a 32 year old, un-restored dirt bike. The blue fork covers are a little dingy looking but I messed around with one today and they appear that they can be cleaned up and back to the original blue color with a little elbow grease.
