I am the second owner of this beauty, it lived most of its life in New Mexico. I bought it two years ago at 72k. At 74k I did the 60k major maintenance work,a certified Isusu tech did all the work. This guy is a master mechanic on a lot of cars the Trooper being one. I have the paper work for the over $1k it cost. A new timing belt, rebuilt the carb, changed all fluids, did new front brakes. I added WetOaklie neoprene seat covers over perfect upholstery. I have removed back seat so I can carry more, but I have it carefully wrapped and stored. It has a Model REP8000 Ramsey Winch serial# 000648 (I don't have the control for it though, but it is still available from Ramsey). The only thing needing attention, the right turn signal does not self cancel. I had the windows tinted. I replaced all the wheel lug nuts and locking washers. In the interest of complete disclosure, the previous owner put a dent in the roof a few inches from the windshield, it is not noticeable unless you are looking for it. There is absolutely NO rust anywhere on this vehicle (probably due to its long life in the New Mexico desert.) I had my tech weld on a trailer hitch and wired it, but have never used it. As I said, this is a beauty, cold AC, hot heat, good power steering, strong radio/cassette, smooth tranny, perfect upholstery with beautiful Wet Oaklie's. Isuzu upholstered floor mats that were never used. I added a variable speed windshield wiper motor intervals from one second to 20 seconds. I added the wood art work to the bumpers(I like it). Do you want a good one? This is it, at a reasonable price considering its condition.
