Ok, going to try this again, bike was sold here on Ebay, then the guy decided he didn't want to ride it from Indiana to New Jersey. Offering my 1975 Honda 550 Four Super Sport motorcycle. I have owned this bike for 37 years, purchased it June 14, 1980, had about 800 miles on it then and has 34,746 miles on it now. Still runs good, no major issues. Has been garaged, never sat out, about 95% original. The seat, trunk and muffler are about the only things not original to the bike. Wouldn't take much to restore this bike, paint is good, no dings or dents in the gas tank or fenders, has some rust on the muffler and rims and the chrome needs cleaned and buffed. The engine runs strong, has the usual slight oil leak around the gaskets, but not too bad. The carbs haven't been touched since I have bought the bike 37 years ago, so they probably need cleaned and adjusted. Starts easy and runs smooth. Tires are good, good tread, both been replaced a few years ago. Overall a good solid bike for the age, after all it is 42 years old and not a Cream Puff, but a nice bike for collectors of a hard to find 550 Four Super Sport.
