1969 Triumph Bonneville

I have owned this bike since about 1991. It had a hard tail on it until about five years ago and was running fine. I decided to put the swing arm back on it and turn it into a cafe bike. This is an unfinished non matching numbers cafe project. Here are the highlights. 1969 T120 engine, powder coated front frame loop kick stand swing arm and triple tree. The rear section has not been done. T140 front end with twin disk lower leg (not installed) modified original head light mount to accept Tommaselli clip on bars. Clubman Racing engine plates. Tarozzi rear sets (not Installed). The rear wheel is a Borrani rim with stainless steel spokes built by Buchanan the hub is rebuilt and powder coated. Dunlop D404 tires The front end, engine and swing arm are fully installed not just mocked up. The engine has a chain blow out (see photo). Looks rough but never caused me a problem. I got the extra engine case to repair it if I ever split the cases again. The exhaust spigots were done by MAP Cycle years ago not the weld on spigots but the correct thread repair. There is a bunch of new parts from Rabers to mount the oil tank and for the twin disk lower leg. The tank has a dent (see photo) the inside has a failed liner I started to remove and one of the tank badge holes need to be drilled and tapped. I have a clear title in my name to the engine.
