Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is a 1970-1/2 Camaro that was built in the 90's and still has all the retro cool factor! Same owner for over 30 years. The car is from south Jersey and very solid underneath. It has never had any floor repairs and still has the red factory primer on it. The body is nice and straight and the base clear dark blue metallic paint looks and shows very well. No rust, or bubbles at all. There are some normal small imperfections from use and driving, very small chips, scratches, cracks, etc. The car has been garaged and put away for many years. It has just udergone a lot of maintenance that we have just completed . New brake calipers, master cylinder, carb, fuel system, tires, exhuast, and fluids have been changed to get it back to 100% The drive train consists of a very stout professional built race engine built to run on pump gas and be street friendly. The engine is a 355 4 bolt block with forged internals, head studs, 1965 2.02 fulie double hump heads with roller rockers, stainless valves, screw in studs, etc. The Crane hydraulic cam is is aggressive, but street friendly. A 750 Holley DP carb. Full MSD ignition with pro billet dist. Holley electric fuel sytem. Tons of chrome and a polished intake manifold, Hooker headers, 2-1/2 exhuast with 40 series flow master mufflers and full tailpipes (Car sounds great!) The trans is a BTE turbo 400 with a manual valve body and trans brake and a 2500 stall converter Rear is a rebuilt 8-3/4 rear with a locker posi unit(not a spool) with 4.10 gears. Frame connectors and traction bars help get power to the ground. The interior is very nice with the correct 1970 one year only seats. Everything works, gauges, blinkers, wipers, lights, radio, horn etc. ...except for the heater! There is no heater core or blower motor. The box is there and could be put back if required. This Camaro rolls on a rare set of Crager Super Slot aluminium wheels with a set of period correct Mickey Thompson I series sportsman 275-60's from Coker. It is a factory V8 car with power steering and power disk brakes. This car is right at home at a local car show or the strip! Please call Jim @ Yanoski Motorsports @ 570-956-6342 if you need more info or if you want to check out this cool retro hotrod! We can send a video of the car running or a walk around if you would like. Thanks and have a great day! We strongly encourage anyone interested in purchasing this automobile to come and look at it first! This is a used modified vehicle with no warranty or returns. We will be glad to help with shipping, but the entire cost is the buyers responsibility. Tags...
