1981 DeLorean, V6 Automatic. I bought this car from the 2nd owner. It comes with a parts manual binder and several parts purchased,installed from DMC in Houston. This car has been converted to a carb with a mechanical fuel pump. This eliminates all the problems with the stock Delorean fuel injection. (KJet) It starts right up and idles great. Runs good. ( i've just tootled around my subdivision and a few store trips) I just acquired my great grandfathers truck so im letting this one go. still has stock spare in front trunk with carpet, leather seats look brand new, lights work, great little car for someone. it does have a crack in the windshield and a few dings on body,needs stereo. great car for someone to drive and restore. This car was in California and then to Texas where i bought it. It has paint chipping but no cancer. I would ship this car, with any 37 year old car it needs to be gone thru and serviced before a long trip. the hood has a few dings, the AC will need serviced or freon. Not sure if the electric fans work, they look original and i believe they come on at a certain temperature, Im not a Delorean expert. Ive added a few more pictures. The DMC records show new LED light kit, LH window motor, Steering column bushing, air deflector door, SS louvre grill, Six Strut Combo Kit, Headliner,both sun visors, Dash pad, trim post RH and LH, Inner hood cable, ext mirror glass pair. The driver door needs a new strut and it sticks sometime, prob needs adjusting.
