Up for sale is my rare beautifully restored 1957 Pontiac Safari nine passenger wagon. It's had a recent ground up professional restoration. It looks great as one can see by the pictures. It gets a lot of attention at shows. One of the nicest things about it, it looks stock until one gets close to it. The changes are subtle. The engine is a small block Chevy 350, Transmission is a overdrive 700R4 with locking torque converter, both have been recently completely redone. New dual master cylinder new coated brake lines, rebuilt rear end, new axles, hubs, bearings and drum brakes. Front and rear sway bars. New heavy duty springs and shocks including rear air shocks in the back. Custom 18 gallon SS gas tank, new SS gas lines. Power rack and pinion with front disk brakes, vintage AC, custom 15" steering wheel, custom gauges in stock locations including a new quartz clock. New carpet, seats, head liner, door panels, blue tooth, iPod feed and back up camera. All window glass replaced, all chrome redone, new door handles and window cranks replaced, new wing window frames and new window felts. There has been a lot of money put into this car to restore it to this condition, a lot more than the asking price
