My husband, an engineer/performance enthusiast, is looking to sell our 2006 Honda S2000. It's a wonderfully performing, cult-classic street vehicle with all the expected curve-hugging glory of a 6-spd manual transmission and a high-performing Honda engine. We only wish to sell because it is not entirely practical for a daily commute. PROS:New Honda factory OEM black soft convertible top installed March 2017 (parts/labor cost was $2,424.11) New premium Pioneer sound system installed in the last few years (visible in photos)Installed after-market AEM wideband UEGO sensor gage mounted in pillar mount (visible in photos)Installed after-market AEM CARB-legal cold air intake (has EO number) (visible in photos)Will include a Honda OEM car cover direct fitted for this model year. (May require laundering) CONS:Tires are used, visible tread-wear. May need replacing in year or two. Street legal/safe presently. Certificate# PU721483C in hand.The driver-side rear quarter panel was backed into by another driver (twice!) while the vehicle was parked. No structural frame damage. Excellent body work and paint completed at the cost of the other driver's insurance provider. No material or visible damage apparent. The car looks great.The factory-installed driver seat was removed after wear (large rip in leather) and replaced with another factory part from a similar used vehicle. There are slight differences between the driver side and passenger side leather and seams (note the headrests please). (Pictures included) There are small signs of wear on both. We have the original driver side seat if the purchaser wants it, however, please note there is a rip in the leather in the seat that was removed.
