Condition: Car is in used condition. Exterior red paint is fading and chipped. There are minor dings (such as from other car doors, shopping carts, etc), no significant body damage (car has never been in an accident). Rear bumper paint was badly peeling and I attempted to touch up with paint from auto store. Front bottom spoiler has a crack in the middle (pictured). Alloy wheels (originally silver) were painted black. Interior upholstery is in very good condition for age of vehicle. Seat covers were used for much of the life of the vehicle. Slight stain on front passenger seat (pictured). Headliner in good condition. Signs of wear on drivers side floorboard carpet (pictured). Original gear shift boot is missing (pictured). Small crack in plastic on center console (pictured). Sony CD player was installed in place of factory stereo. Drivers door missing plastic trim around door handle (pictured), still fully functional. 100% non-smoking vehicle. Mechanical: Car is completely operational and has been driven daily until December of 2016. Newer tires. Newer break pads and rotors. New radiator. Clutch is original and could probably use replacing. Air conditioner is functional, however it needs new actuator for directional settings (currently set to half floor half regular and will make "clicking" sound if placed on other settings). Cruise control stopped operating within last year, unsure of problem. Drivers power window motor works, however plastic clip to keep window on track has broken and needs assistance to raise and lower. Remote lever to open trunk and gas tank door are fully operational. Includes spare tire in trunk. History: I am the second owner of the vehicle. It was purchased used in 1998 with approximately 32,000 miles from Carmax Boynton Beach . Vehicle was my only transportation until July 2005 at which point I got a larger family vehicle that became used for any extended travel and the 240SX became used daily for travel to and from my work and around town. Due to this, it has low mileage for the vehicle age. Car has NEVER been used for street racing or drifting. There have been NO modifications to either the body or the drive on this vehicle. This car is a blank slate for you to customize as you wish.
