Lemon & Manufacturer Buyback

I bought this truck from a Nissan dealership as a Lemon Law vehicle with approx. 12,000 miles on it. After being returned it was sold at an auction for Nissan dealers only. The original owner returned it because he "heard a noise". I have heard lots of noises when driving the truck but then every vehicle I have driven made noises when moving. I checked AUTO-CHECK and it states that this truck was part of an auto fleet or rental fleet. It was never used as such except to drive it for purposes of checking to see if there was a major problem with it. AUTO-CHECK also states that there is a lien, this is not the case as I have the title in hand. It has a Pennsylvania inspection until September, 2017. There are just shy of 137,000 miles. Several small dents on the side of the bed and one larger at the back of one side. I have owned the truck since 2003 and have changed the oil regularly and have not had any major repairs done. No accidents. The truck has been nothing but great to me over the years. No major rust except for a hole in the bumper. Air conditioner & radio do not work. I used the truck for two seasons hauling wood for my wood stove so it has the small dents and scratches but is in fine working order. 4WD works fine AND TRUCK HAS A TOW PACKAGE. Would make a very nice work truck. I had a question about what a branded title means. I simply means what I have stated about the truck being a buyback by Nissan. In some cases the title is branded a statement that it is a buyback, in my case the title was never branded.
