Vehicle Detail
Own a small business? Did well this year and need a write off or two? Set this thing out in front of your business for advertising. Gets way more attention than those blinky signs, and the only thing you could do to bring more attention to your store front is have a few topless blonds stand out front. I have a super solid 2 door 1970 Nova that is ready for your imaginative genius. This car is solid has original trunk and floor pans and they are in as new condition as any I've ever seen. The body is also very solid but you can see some older body work if you look hard enough. The quarters are solid (lowers have been replaced at one time wheel housings are solid drop offs are solid). The front fenders are in great condition no rust, doors are solid but driver door has some light surface rust see pictures. Has a fiberglass hood that is in good shape the trunk lid also looks good but does have a small bubble in it. Paint wise the car is a good solid 10 footer and would be a super easy clean up. Has chrome 15x7/15x9 rally's with new tires maybe 30 miles on them. Glass is all in great shape as is are the window moldings. The interior of the car is all here minus the headliner. The gauge panel and gauges were replaced at some point but look good and all work. Interior lights all work as do all exterior lights. This car has the original bucket seats, but the seats are in need of new upholstery (can ride it the way it is the vinyl has just become brittle). Carpet looks new dash pad has some cracks but overall in decent shape. Frame and undercarriage look GREAT this car has been stored indoors on a concrete floor for the last 15 years and you will not find any surprises underneath. There is a rear swaybar on the car and the gas tank is new as are the wheel cylinders, brake lines, brakes and wear parts in the front. Trim and bumpers are in good condition but if your going to do a cosmetic restoration on the car I'd replace the marker lights the bumpers are good, but you will need the trim on the front this can be purchased new fairly inexpensively. Now the drivetrain..... This car runs and drives GREAT! However under the hood sits the original straight 6 with a automatic transmission in the floor and power steering. So, though the car looks like an animal ready to leave the stoplight in a big cloud of smoke and burning rubber, unfortunately it will not. Now you want to just cruise around its perfect runs drives and stops as it should and will still earn you plenty of thumbs up from passers by. If you are looking at this car on ebay you see the prices of them. This car is a very, very easy restoration project, pull the 6 cylinder drop in a good small block, big block or perfect for a LS swap, new interior kit and never lose a penny. Our plan was to build a protouring car out of it with a LS2 swap, disc brakes etc. As we hate cutting on anything this clean that may have come with a slightly better drivetrain from the factory, but plans change all the time so here is your opportunity to own a true classic that's solid enough to be a sound investment and leave room for the next man to make some money. A non refundable deposit of $500 is due within 24 hours of an accepted offer and we can help arrange shipping anywhere in the world. Our doors are open to anyone who wants to do a pre purchase inspection so that you can buy with confidence. You don't see them as solid as this everyday and never for this price. We can build this car to suit if that is your preference. Please contact me if you have any questions
