NO RESERVE You are bidding on a really rare 1973 Triumph TR5T Trophy Trail this according to the engine and Matching frame number make this one of the first produced in August 1973.NO TITLE (EBAY gave no option so I put clear Sorry)The bike has been in storage for many years and is currently non running It was stored dry and was covered in dust and grease I have cleaned some of it off, the wheels look like the chrome will clean up nicely. the speedo and Tach are missing so I dont know the mileage, the bike retains many original parts so I think it must have limited miles, note original carb fuel lines, breather hose , champion spark plug caps, original paint and side panel decals and I believe the original dunlop Trialsmaster tires.This model by triumph used the BSA B50 T frame with the triumph 500 Twin engine it was 30HP with a speed of 75mph. Gas tank is alloy and has a soft dent on the lh top side see photo the front of the tank where the fork tubes usually dent is in very good condition with no dentsThe engine turns over with compression and shifts through the gears and clutch works, it may need a kickstart gear as occasionally it jams ??Carb will need the slide freed off, the seat is new and needs bolting on missing tail light and indicators and a key, front mudguard has surface rust and rear has a crack. shocks have rust on the springs.it is fitted with the wrong exhaust systemIdeal candidate for a restorationI have tried to point out all the negatives so there are no suprises but saying all of that this is a very rare bike in pretty good condition for a 40 year old bikeI DO NOT HAVE A TITLE so will be sold with bill of sale only please ask any questions before bidding, Buyer to arrange collection,
