Up for auction is a 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII. This is a Hot Rod Lincoln. Overall the car is in good shape. The vehicle has been sitting for a while. My father bought a newer Lincoln so I am selling it for him. The car has been sitting for a while because he didn't want to part with it. I will list the good and the bad. The GoodLow miles. Has a little less than 101,000 miles on the odometer.4.6 liter V8 engine.Runs great. I would trust the car to take on a trip.Stereo was upgraded to an android radio with GPS capabilities.The car is clean.Clean title.The car does not leak any fluids.All electronics work.Transmission shifts smooth.The suspension was upgraded from airbag to a performance suspension. This work alone was well over $1000 and takes care of the issue with the airbags losing air. The car also handles great.No rust.The BadThe paint could use some touching up or the car could be repainted. It is not bad to look at, but it is a 1997 model so it does show some wear. I tried to show the defects in the pictures.The rear window tint needs to be removed. It has bubbles in it.Has some scratches. Pictured.Paint is peeling on bumpers in some places.Needs windshield wipers replaced.Normal wear on leather interior. doesn't look too bad though.The plastic housing beside the driver seat that has the power seat buttons is broken. I think this is a common issue. I believe it can be repaired or replaced.
