Very rare 1963 Galaxie 500 XL 4 Dr Hardtop with optional Thunderbird 390/300 HP engine. Beautiful original rust free condition equipped with extremely rare bucket seats and console and original real Kelsey Hayes wire wheels. This is as good as it gets for a Hardtop XL, this car is totally rust free with 75,000 original miles. The paint on this car is beautiful and needs nothing to show it proudly, both chrome bumpers are brand new high quality chrome with optional rear bumper guards. All of the chrome and stainless is amazing for any 53 year old car and clearly shows how this car was maintained over its life. The Kelsey Hayes wire wheels are absolutely beautiful and have newer radial tires mounted on them . All of the weather stripping is in perfect shape. The interior is in excellent condition with a crack free dash and the very desirable bucket seat and console option. Door panels are all excellent and crack free as well. The dry trunk is immaculate with no rust anywhere even under the trunk lid lip. The optional Thunderbird 390 starts right up and runs beautifully and has a lovely rumble from the solid dual exhaust. All glass is excellent and chip free. 4 Original rims and 4 perfect original hubcaps come with car. This is the best 4 Door Hardtop XL I have ever seen on EBay and I have seen plenty. The Data plate shows body as 75C ( Galaxie 500 XL ) 75A would have been a Base Galaxie 500.
