Having moved to the Sierra Nevadas of Nevada from Florida, we soon realized we needed an SUV for the winter ahead and bought a Cayenne. We had out first snowfall of the season last weekend of Nevada and desperately need to sell our beautiful 928. PCA members since 1984, we bought our first 928 back in `86 and sold it a couple of years later when we bought a bigger boat, thinking that when the time was right we'd buy another. We had no idea that would be 30 years later. In the spring of 2016, we decided to get off our 911/Boxster merry-ground and get another. After months of searching we found this car. Owned by the operator of a "928 only" shop in Atlanta, it had been babied and even upgraded to better-than-new in many ways. We drove it 600 miles to our home in Florida without mishap, and consuming less than a half quart of oil along the way. The car came with voluminous service records and we've continued to perform service as needed and t o deal with any issues The successful bidder will be getting a car which has been driven, yet is to the best of our knowledge, mechanically sound and with a very detailed service history.
