I'm selling my 2003 VW Jetta TDI to get a newer car. The fuel injection pump has a leak but the car still runs well, save for a little shudder presumably caused by the faulty pump. Leather interior is in pretty good shape for the age, it has new timing belt and water pump, new battery, new Cooper tires (couple of months old), and a new windshield. I have changed the oil every 10k with full synthetic. This car has been very reliable, but has a few problems: The power locks sometimes don't work, it has some scratches and minor dents and minor rust on the passenger side fender. The glove-compartment latch is broken, as is the lid to the center console, but both still latch and function. The suspension makes a creaky noise over bumps, which I think is caused by a worn bushing somewhere in the suspension. The brakes are relatively new, but squeak in reverse. Overall its a pretty good car for the money. Runs well down the highway and has great fuel economy. I typically get between 36 and 38 mpg.
