I bought this car in August 2004 as I have always wanted a 300CD ,the body on this one is in great condition, starts easy does not stumble , chrome is nice , drives quiet, it has been a Texas car and I am not aware of any rust issues. It does need some TLC namely: It has been repainted, original colornon clear coat and has faded. It has leather interior and front seats need new covers, back seat is M-Tex and is fine. it has a lot of minor issueswhich should be addressed over a period of time. One week after I bought this I found another 300CD which was almost ready to go . I changed the oil and filters on this one put some fuel stabilizer in the tank, a Battery tender on the battery and it has been in storage for12 years. I start it and let it run about 30 minutes every month or so. I drive it around a parking lot near my house a few minutes every couple months.I have never licensed or insured it so I cannot drive it on the street. I have lost interest in renewing this one so I have decided to sell it . I feel like the motor would bring what I am asking for the car. I do not have the time or place to work on it.
