The engine is locked up from sitting or possibly something wrong internally. The Car has Brake Pedal pressure and does stop the car. It has good Clutch Pedal too, but will not push the Clutch Fork. Probably weathered up where the throw out bearing is. The Windshield is cracked and bubbled. See Pics. Other Glass looks good. The Hood is pretty rusted up. Other Body parts seem to have minimal rust. This Vehicle as you can see needs lots of TLC. But, this Car is intact and has not been parted out at all.
